Lounge Chair DWELL Warm Nordic
The DWELL CHAIR is a classic lounge chair that was designed in the 1950s by the well-known Danish architect Hans Olsen and is now being reissued by the Danish brand Warm Nordic. (Design from 1956). The typical design language of the 1950s - with armrests in an organic design and slim, tapered legs - is very well expressed in the Dwell Chair and invites you to linger. Elegant as part of a larger conversation group, also together with the matching sofa in the same timeless design. The lounge chair is fully upholstered and available in various versions: from classic leather to a lighter appearance with fabric, including the popular bouclé, which gives the lounge chair additional character. The different fabrics can be combined to create a lively look. Dwell is also available in several two-tone versions. Choose from the highest quality leather and carefully selected fabrics and colors and let us advise you. The chair is in our exhibition and you are welcome to try it out.

About the designer:
Hans Olsen's (1919-1992) designs from the 1950s are vivid examples of the beautiful diversity of Danish modernism. The Danish architect and industrial designer adopted the classical guidelines of the Academy of Fine Arts and the great master Kaare Klint, but opted for a playful and experimental approach to furniture design. Hans Olsen challenged contemporary production methods, and much of his inspiration came from the possibilities offered by shaping wood.
